The staff at the front desk were super helpful and friendly, greeting us with a warm welcome every time we passed through and gave us travel recommendations. The room itself was cosy and spacious.

The staff were very helpful and friendly everyday, the hotel is also in a convenient position for the Zhangjiajie forest park and bus station. The hotel itself is very pretty and clean, I would definitely come again and recommend!

網上下單的時候還有點擔心，結果到店一看跟圖片描述的基本沒有差，沒有任何問題！帶着父母來旅遊，服務態度特別好，媽媽説下次還來這家，走的時候前台還送了兩包茶葉，還有客棧自己種的黃瓜🥒，因為到的時候很累，提前點的飯，很方便，分量足又好吃！到張家界旅遊的中老年人很多，可以建議針對老年人提供一些硬一點的床鋪，可能對我我媽媽這種常年勞作腰不好的人來説，床鋪偏軟睡的有點不舒服，怕影響我 當晚又沒跟我説，睡在地上！第二天我才知道，幸好天氣不冷，但是這個是因人而異的，，在其他服務，設施，早飯都還不錯呢！很好！都吃完啦！

Очень атмосферный отель с отзывчивым терпеливым хозяином. Пока лучший в моём путешествии по Китаю. Единственный небольшой минус-ежедневная лапша на завтрак. Но это можно пережить. Рекомендую тем, кто хочет жить рядом с парком Чжанцзяцзе.
