房間維護的很好，乾淨舒適，床品柔軟，還有超大浴缸，這家酒店的服務也很棒，特別表揚Nancy，從入住到退房的全程跟進式服務，讓我覺得很貼心，酒店配有室內室外泳池，水質好，而且一直有工作人員守在旁邊，安全感滿滿！

此次入住的是酒店湖景房，房間帶有外陽台，對面就是洞庭湖，足不出户即可觀賞到日落，體驗感非常好，前台經理Nancy的全程服務也很不錯，房間的佈置有温度，小朋友的度假勝地。

酒店位置遠離市中心，但是非常適合度假出行，本次入住的就是酒店特色泳池房，房間一出去就是户外泳池，接待我們的Nancy也非常友善，還貼心的推薦了當地特色燒烤，值得二推

首次來岳陽，選擇了鉑爾曼酒店，主要是衝著他們的泳池來的，泳池水很乾凈，週末人也挺多的，主要都是小朋友，辦入住時，前台小雯很熱心的介紹了他們的特色泳池房，去參觀了一下，覺得真的很不錯，馬上付費拿下，下次還會來
