帶着長者出遊，需要考慮很多事情，這酒店基本都能滿足需求。酒店位置很理想，就在騎樓城牌坊不到30米的位置，交通方便，坐公交可直達梧州南站，主要景點都可以坐公交到達，酒店早餐種類不少，粵友餐廳就在酒店對面，酒店性價比很高。

就在騎樓城的隔壁，還是很方便的，免費停車，免費早餐，登高望遠。下樓就隨便吃到美食、飲料，周邊還有中山公園，還有西江都在旁邊。
