We loved everything!; I highly recommend this hotel for its cozy rooms, friendly staff, foods and customer service. A big thumbs up!

The first room we were given had a foul smell. The body shampoo dispenser beside the bathtub wasn’t working, and the socket near the sink was broken. We called for assistance regarding the odor, and it was found that the issue was due to a broken toilet drainage. Fortunately, the staff responded promptly and offered us a room change. The second room was much better — no unpleasant smell, all amenities were in good working condition, and the cleanliness was excellent. We had a comfortable stay in the new room with no further complaints. We booked the dine and stay package and would suggest that menus be made available in advance so guests can make a more informed decision when choosing the restaurant. Dinner was good, and breakfast was okay.

This trip is meant as a birthday treat for my gal so that she can enjoy her sunway lagoon outing during her birthday with her friends. As we drove here, there's a flat parking rate of RM15 per entry. As the trip was meant to celebrate her birthday, we were surprised and thankful to see there's a special lane/access/link to Sunway Lagoon from the resort.It was just awesome and not to mention the friendly staff, Cik Aina. Do note this lane/access/link closed at 7pm. Since we came early, we kept our bags with the concierge while checking in. As we checked in around 9am ish, we were informed that we can get the room early at 12pm. Hooray..What makes it better was the call from the Sunway Resort to inform that the room was ready at 12pm ish. I went to collect the key card around 1pm and has to remind the concierge to sent the bags to the room. It came a bit later when I was out dining at Sunway Pyramid. Mind you, the resort was packed due to Sunway College students graduation ceremony. So the delayed bag into the room was justified. Witnessed the hospitable concierge trying to help us when he saw us quite lost while trying to direct one of the parents to the resort to collect their children. The parent found us. Excellent. For dining we ate at Gordon Ramsay for dinner and Sunset Terrace for breakfast. We tried the cod fish plus the sides of mac & cheese at the Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill for dinner as it was already late ie after 9pm. I did not opt for dining@ room service knowing that my daughter will dozed off when she got the bed :-) . It was delish. The breakfast at Sunway Terrace was also good with many choices not only for adults but also a special section for the kids, too. There's chocolate drink and also Malaysia's Teh Tarik (taste just nice,like it hot ). Went to the gym, it has many exercise machines, spacious and also has energy bar, fruits and water provided for. I enjoyed doing the routines programme on the threadmill while looking at the pool. I also tried the abdominal /muscular gym machine. I am still feeling the muscular impact at my arms 😂. A well done exercise indeed. Our room was overlooking the Sunway Lagoon view. The bed was so inviting and the pillows with both medium hard and soft pillow was comfortable. Good for sleeping. The room comes with usb plugs and the typical 3 pin plug at each side of the bed which I find very helpful. At least, both of us do not need to fight which side of bed we want to sleep in. In all, we have a great stay here. Not forgetting Ms Ginny that assisted to approve my request for late check-out. The staff has been most helpful and friendly. You deserve more than 5 star. I stayed there for the last 2 years as Avante and now as M World Resort & Hotel. Our rooms were 2904 & 2905 interconnecting rooms. Room 2904 found too much hair and a bad smell inside the room. We ordered some drinks and food in the pool and couldn't charge into my room number. Normally a 5 star hotel would allow me to charge into my room and make a payment once checked out. Check in and check out progress was smooth and fast. The receptionist is also very attentive and friendly. Bell boy also gives a hand in our luggage. Breakfast buffet sessions need some improvement especially in the egg section. The fat chef in the egg section should be trained further.

Overall, the hotel location together with the biggest shopping mall - IOI City mall are fantastic combination for those planned for family staycation. With the kid pool (ensure the kid’s safety) and with good scenery adult pool plus kid play room, then with easy access to the mall are the ideal location for family with kid trip.

This is my go to hotel if I want to escape from my busy schedule and daily routine. As time passes, the hotel has become dated on a certain aspects. But the hotel do offers good service and a quiet location away from the city

When reach the air cond got something wrong , but hotel side immediately exchange for us le .. this is family hotel , very suit bring kids n family staycation , but due to Hari raya even breakfast buffet also need Q 🥹🥹🥹 But overall is good

Nice location , next to the metro station and shopping mall. The facilities are really too old, need renovations. Nice staffs and price, breakfast is a bit boring for me who stayed for a week.

The room type I booked through Trip.com was supposed to have a masjid view. I'm not sure if this was a misleading detail from Trip.com to attract customers or an issue from the hotel itself, but I did not receive the expected view. Additionally, the room was quite noisy due to the fan, even at its lowest setting. I could also hear loud footsteps from the upper level until 11 PM, as well as noise from people coming in and out of the rooms and from outside the building. Instead of the anticipated view, my room faced another building. The food was decent, though the variety was limited. However, the service was friendly overall, and the dining area manager was particularly kind. Despite the room feeling slightly outdated with an old-fashioned ambiance, it is still a suitable place for families to stay.

I liked that the rooms were spacious and had a bathtub. It was also good that a breakfast buffet was included, even though it was not expensive. However, although the hotel is basically clean, it is not recommended for those who are bothered by the oldness of the hotel itself, as it is noticeably dirty due to its age. Also, the breakfast buffet is not that good. We recommend the bread and the noodles, which are made on the spot. Also, the location is not that great as it is a little far from the station, you have to go through dark streets and there are no convenience stores in the area. But, the size of the rooms and the bathtub are very attractive.
