The advantages are that the room is quite good, relatively large, and water is available as needed. The location is also very good, located in Orchard, shopping malls, and it is very convenient to go to other places by subway or bus. The only drawback is that there seems to be only one person who can speak Chinese at the front desk. One night, a gecko was found in the room. It is difficult to communicate with the staff if you don't speak English. The disposable slippers should not be changed. The same pair was used for several days. Everything else is quite good

A pleasant stay. Though could do a bit better on noise control - could hear next door’s open/close sound. Love the complementary snack packs and soft drinks. The amenities provided by Como Shambala stand out. The gym and wellness setup is very decent.

這次給了一個靠電梯的房間 早上會略有聲音 但是床和遮光都很好 並且有minibar 沖涼水很舒服

Very user-friendly. We accidentally booked the wrong date at the hotel. The front desk and the person in charge also patiently helped us deal with it. They changed the date for us without charging any fees. The room was also very clean!
