位置絕佳！就在下田站對面，交通特別便利，而且不吵。樓下有飯店德造丸，金目鯛味道很好，附近還有麥當勞、羅森。房間很大，有免費的早餐，還可以免費寄存行李，以後來下田還住這裏

就在下田站對面，前台在三樓，房間很寬敞，兩個人行李箱也都能完全打開，早餐每人有兩個麪包和咖啡果汁，前台英語很流利。

酒店位量非常好，距離火車站，公交車站，超市都跟近。伊豆南的各景區在公交車站來回換乘，這樣中途可以回酒店取東西，休息很方便。早晨酒店提供兩款麪包，桔汁，咖啡。去景區前我們還將行李存在了酒店，總之很滿意。

酒店的地理位置非常優越，就在JR站旁邊，有個公交總站，出行到周圍的景點非常方便，酒店房間和日本其他酒店差不多，不大，還蠻乾淨，服務也很好。雖然不包早飯，但早上酒店大堂有咖啡，果汁，羊角包等小點心免費供應，很不錯，酒店旁邊幾步路就有個羅森，想買東西也方便。就是畢竟也算郊區了，旁邊的飯館關門早。
