A nice hotel but probably not worth the money. Overall the stay was great, however we experienced some minor drawbacks due to the hotel’s big structure. The checkin was very slow, the hotel was full, so when we tried to book bicycles and some activities, they told us everything was booked and sold out. Also there is just one restaurant close to the hotel and almost no beaches nearby besides the hotel’s, so if you do not like to be confined to the hotel’s amenities there is a pretty long way to other beaches and restaurants around.
On the plus side, we loved the hike trail at the hotel, it was very picturesque. The nature is beautiful and if you are able to secure the bicycle, you will enjoy the rides very much.

The humidity was quite high and there were long rains.
The sea was not as clear as in the photos and the water temperature was high.
The food was ***meat was successful and varied.
The facility was built on a large area as a field and there could be more activities and opportunities.

When we encountered problems during the trip, we found our savior - Ctrip customer service (housekeepers Jingxiang and Tiantian). Their patient answers and careful help made us feel warm and touched. The communication and problem solving with the hotel were timely and effective! We are very confident to book hotels with Ctrip in the future
