不能夠取消，這確實是一個很不好的政策！如果能在服務方面，能夠給客户提供更便捷的服務，那我覺得這個酒店就是真正的在做服務行業。

This time, I stayed at the NagaWorld Hotel in Cambodia for a business trip. The experience was mixed, and some details were really disturbing. The hotel's hardware facilities exposed obvious shortcomings. The style of the hanging ornaments in the guest room was old, which was somewhat out of touch with the overall luxury positioning of the hotel. It lacked a sense of fashion and sophistication, which affected the visual experience of staying in the hotel to a certain extent. The most troublesome thing was the hair dryer. When used, it not only made a huge roar, but also became extremely hot after a short time of operation. There were certain safety hazards and the use experience was extremely poor. Not only did it fail to bring convenience, but it added a lot of troubles, and even made people dare not use it for a long time, fearing that it would cause accidents. However, the NagaWorld Hotel also has its bright spots. As a well-known hotel in the local area, it shows professional standards in service, the staff is enthusiastic, the check-in and check-out procedures are efficient, and they are responsive and try their best to meet the needs of guests; in addition, the hotel has rich dining options and the taste is also remarkable, which can meet the taste buds of different guests. However, the old hanging ornaments and problematic hair dryers still left regrets for this stay. I hope the hotel can update the hardware facilities in time and solve these details.

This place has obvious advantages! Convenient dining and pleasant environment. Easy transportation, close to the Grand Palace for sightseeing, and close to the Mekong River, with river views, combining convenience and beauty.
