We booked three Premier Deluxe rooms (with a balcony and a view of the city), but were accommodated in three Deluxe rooms (without a balcony and a view of the wall). They explained this by saying that Trip Com had booked it for us this way, so we should contact them. I spent three days trying to resolve this issue. First they said in an hour, then in two, then 24 hours. For two days they could not contact the hotel and find out and resolve my issue. On the third day they suggested that I go to the reception and find out what the booking was. In response, I was offered to move to other rooms and, lo and behold, they gave us what we booked. Three days of my vacation and a lot of nerves. I contacted Trip Com support several times, but I still could not find out who was to blame. Either the hotel gave our rooms to a bunch of Asian guests for the weekend, or Trip Com booked the wrong one and spent two days solving this issue. But they spoiled my vacation. In general about the hotel, if it weren't for this big minus, the breakfasts are excellent, better than in many five-star hotels. Everything is fresh, replenished on time and before closing, very tasty. Cleaning is good for Asia, we never asked for anything, they add everything; linen, robes, towels are snow-white, the hotel is clean. The balconies are small, but you can dry your swimsuits. A welcome drink upon check-in. Most of the staff are polite and friendly. On the beach you can use a sun lounger and towel once a day for free. Everything corresponds to the description. The location is excellent. We did not use the pool. A small gym is ok, there is no horizontal bar or dumbbells (according to the child).
