Good location as close to JR station. But facilities are very old. Multiple things are broken without repairs. Dirty as dust on furniture surfaces. Very noise at night due to poor soundproofing!

Hotel is about 5 mins walk from the station via Lucent Tower underpass. This hotel is mostly catered for business guests, but there are also people like me who are here for sightseeing. Everything here is well provided and happy with the spacious single room allocated 😊 Didn't opt for breakfast so no comments on that.

The kettle should be replaced with the latest version, it took too long to boil. The lights inside the room was not enough & dim. The refrigerator inside the room makes some funny noise while operate.

An extremely poor hotel experience while traveling in Japan, I was traveling alone before leaving for 3 nights (actually the wrong reservation, I wanted to book the Kashiwagi Mercure Hotel, but read the wrong booking the Kashiwa Hotel, also the English word cypress), the day before check-in to know the wrong booking, thinking Count, the hotel appearance and location is quite good, to the night of stay into the room, already feel very bad, dim lighting still see very groove, very dilapidated, very dusty, as if no one has stayed for a long time, just like a guesthouse, but late, complaints and words to rely on Google translate, so went to sleep first, but slept extremely poorly, the next day kept thinking whether to pay for the hotel? It really helped to handle, but that night did not have enough time to process, I still had to go back to the hotel to sleep that night, still sleep very bad, to the next morning, received notice the last night refundable, so I immediately back to the hotel to pack out and book another hotel, but took me more than an hour to process. I type this text in the hope that others won't fall for it like I did (I don't know if other rooms are bad, but I don't think it will be as good as that).

The hotel service is normal. You have to go to the lobby to get toothpaste and toothbrush. The environment is quiet and there are many food markets nearby. The cosmetics are generally good.

It's 5 minutes from the station and there's a Family Mart next door, so it's convenient. The hotel itself was old, but very clean. Recently, with the increase in inbound tourists, hotels have become expensive, so I was glad I was able to stay here at a very reasonable price.

Stayed here with my family of three. I made the reservation without high expectations, but the entrance and reception were even cleaner than I expected. The staff were very friendly. You check in yourself using the monitor, but the staff will meet you in person. The room was also well-cleaned, so I was able to sleep well. Due to the size of my car, I couldn't fit it into the hotel's parking lot, but they showed me a nearby parking spot for 1,000 yen. Hotel accommodation prices have been rising, so I recommend this place to those who just want a place to sleep, but also want a place that is well-cleaned and clean. I would like to use it again when I come to Nagoya.

The location of the hotel is commensurate with the price, and the hardware facilities are impeccable. I arrived early and planned to leave my luggage at the front desk first. Because I didn't hear the Japanese English pronunciation of the male staff at the front desk clearly, he "took" my passport for inquiry. In the afternoon, when I went to check in and pick up my luggage, I was greeted by a lovely female staff member. I only used my half-baked Japanese + a few English words to complete it easily. The process was relaxed and comfortable. The attitude and efficiency of this female staff member were impeccable. The hygiene in the room was up to standard on the surface, but I easily found the breakfast coupon of the previous guest in the room. The hotel has two laundry facilities, located on two specific floors, and a microwave oven. You can see their location information from the elevator. The second floor of the hotel is a banquet hall. There was a business event that day. The smoking room is also on the second floor. You can see the cleaning of the smoking room from my check-in to my check-out from the photos I took. The hotel does not provide free coffee or free tea bags, but it provides a free tea bag disposal location. I am not an expert on Japan. I have only stayed in a few different hotels and hostels. I have no right to judge. I am just recording the facts. If the hotel sees my review, please express my apologies to the male staff member mentioned above. I will work hard to practice Japanese English pronunciation and try to satisfy him as soon as possible to avoid making the male staff member angry.

The location is very close to the subway and bus station, and there is a Family Mart next door. Overall, I am very satisfied with my small room for one person 🥰, except that the water was very bad when I took a shower (I finally succeeded after I fished my hair out and turned down the water). The hotel staff is very nice. They booked single rooms of different specifications for two days on different platforms, helped me adjust to the same room, and enjoyed the express delivery/luggage storage service. The front desk provides various food maps and tourist bus maps. For a one-day city tour, it is recommended to buy a one-day ticket for Shoryudo to take the tourist bus, and take the subway to go shopping at night.
