We had a very pleasant 2-night stay at this conveniently located hotel facing Ongpin Street, right across from the historic Binondo Church, and next to the famous store, Eng Bee Tin. We occupied two Deluxe rooms on the 14th floor that are quiet, spacious and comfortable. All hotel staff are helpful, pleasant, and have excellent customer service skills. To be commended are 2 able room assistants, Shella and Jessel. The breakfast selections are more than adequate, and led by its very friendly manager, Marvin Mento. Be reminded that a daily 2k but refundable security deposit is required. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended for its wonderful staff and central location.

Booked 1 night to be close to Divisoria Mall Marketing. Nice experience once you're orientated. No bells or whistles but you save by not having them. We've stayed in hotels that included breakfast & coffee packs in room, but now we opt to go out & explore for breakfast time or go straight into lunch.

Firstly, I must commend the front office staff and security guards for their exceptional friendliness, approachability, and willingness to assist guests. Their professionalism greatly enhanced my experience during my stay.
However, I would like to address an issue that slightly affected my overall satisfaction. There was noticeable noise disturbance during the night, extending until dawn. This impacted my ability to rest comfortably during my stay.
I understand that managing noise levels can be challenging, and I appreciate your attention to ensuring all guests have a pleasant experience. Perhaps there are measures that could be explored to mitigate noise disruptions in the future.

The location is average, next to the Lucky China Mall, and the facilities are relatively old. The waiters are very friendly, shopping downstairs is convenient and relatively safe, overall good.

The room is good for the price we paid, my kid going around the hotel safely. And I like most was the Chinese food I eat a lot and shopping a lot. And most of all the binondo church is very near, and for the safeties I saw a lot of police man every around the corner. My husband think not safe to be in binondo but after we stayed in lucky Chinatown hotel he’s happy for the 2 nights and 3 days for being far from home. Probably we will have another staycation in Lucky Chinatown hotel.

The facilities were just about complete! They had an elevator, pail, water dispenser, dipper, bidet. The aircon was good, the bed, pillows and blanket and comforter were comfortable and made for a nice sleep. They have a great location for the Binondo crawl and while I wanted to eat at the Fb go-to's, there were always a lot of people so better luck next time. The next day, they allowed us to place our stuff somewhere while we went to 168 Mall. And thank you for the tikoy!
