It's well worth it. The breakfast is very good! The mattress is very comfortable, and the room is quiet. It's easily accessible from the city via the DLR or bus. I would stay there again!

Generally no quarms. Slightly hidden depending on where you’re going in London 6 mins walk to nearest bus stop.
Enjoyed my stay. Currently some work going on outside so a bit noisy.

It was a great hotel at east London. You can go center easily with DLR and westbound metro lines. Absolutely suggested. Breakfast is fine.

The hotel was clean and of a level that even Japanese people would be satisfied with. The room only had shampoo and body soap, no conditioner. Prices are high in London, so the included breakfast was very appreciated, and I was able to have a good breakfast before going out sightseeing. The location was out of the city center, and the atmosphere at night was a bit bleak, which was scary at first, but you get used to it. It's less than a 10-minute walk away, so overall I was satisfied.

The buffet breakfast was delicious and the room size was OK. However, we stayed for 3 days. On the first day, we checked in at night and were given a room on the basement floor. There was no elevator on the basement floor. We had to take the elevator to the second floor and then walk down a long staircase. It was terrible. The room next to it was still under renovation and smelled bad. The next day, we complained to the hotel for violating regulations and asked to change rooms immediately. Only then did we move to the second floor. Other aspects were OK. There was a pier on the left side of the hotel, with a shopping mall and Tesco. You can take a boat to the Tower of London at the pier and run along the river.
