As for the hotel, nothing to say, super good facilities. The downside is that the night we arrived, we arrived after check-in time (due to the delay of our flight), and despite having notified the situation in advance, they did not want to give us a solution. It wasn't until we arrived and insisted a little that in the end they sent us to an "apart hotel" very close and they assumed the cost. We understand that at that time the system did not allow them to give us our room, but having notified us 4 hours in advance, I think they could have done something more to help us, in short, there was not so much collaboration and desire to help from the hotel. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Con mia moglie abbiamo soggiornato dopo la metà di settembre per otto notti presso l'hotel di recente costruzione ben tenuto con buona pulizia. Prezzi sicuramente interessanti nessun problema con la lingua, il titolare, un gigante buono, capisce bene l'Italiano e lo parla bene per quel che serve nei rapporti con il cliente. Ho cenato un giorno presso l'hotel buona qualità e prezzi nella media della zona. l'hotel è a 300mt dal mare, di fronte c'è il parco giochi per i bimbi che dato il periodo del mio soggiorno era chiuso, in agosto credo si faccia sentire.

Hotel is located in very good place - close to the beaches, rooms are nice and clean. Has its own restaurant - great food and even better staff! We even stayed up to 3-4 AM and they served us with amazing wine! Strongly recommend everyone.

Vado tutti gli anni in Albania e dall' anno scorso ho scoperto ksamil piccolo paese vicino a Saranda. le spiagge sono caraibiche da vedere assolutamente...abbiamo soggiornato una settimana all' hotel ilio e ci siamo trovati benissimo. hotel a gestione familiare molto curato,stanze ampie e arredate con gusto con balcone e alcune con piccola cucina,tutte con bagno privato. pulizia camere e zone comuni ottima cambio asciugamani giornaliero . l hotel dispone di ristorante dove si mangia molto bene pesce fresco e prezzi nella media della zona. nel prezzo della stanza c'è la prima colazione a buffet sia dolce che salata. i proprietari sono molto disponibili e parlano bene l italiano. unica cosa che può migliorare la colazione un po' più ricca magari qualche brioches visto l afflusso di clienti italiani. prezzo della Camera onesto rispetto alla media in zona. lo consiglio sicuramente.

Pictures do not do justice at all, otherwise we would have received something different than what we booked and paid for.
The cleaning is non-existent and the room is small and really noisy.
The breakfast was clearly not from the same day and the juice machine was dirty.
Unfortunately we hadn't seen the reviews on other sites before we booked. Read them.

Nice friendly staff.
The size of the room it was very small and the noise made by the waste pipe could be heard in the room and made the stay a bit uncomfortable.
