給自己過生日，帶女兒一起住了兩晚，超級贊。因為過生日，酒店幫我升級了房型。抵達時是酒店經理Ian帶我們進入的，他是華人，我的英文不太好，他用中文給我們介紹中庭設計的涵義。私家客服Na會很貼心的給適當的服務，我生日那天隨處都感受到驚喜，餐廳，Spa，落日吧都有專屬祝福，太貼心了。酒店每天早上提供的Hong Island也超級贊，衹收300銖一人的上島費，酒店提供長尾船和浴巾水，專人帶上島，宏島沙灘非常美，還可以浮潛，有好多小丑魚。超愛酒店的安靜和服務。

首先到店免費升級了海邊泳池別墅，已經很滿意房間的設施，入住後兩小時突然颳大風，把門前的樹木吹了一部分下來，落在花園前，本意拍照讓管家叫人清理一下，誰知管家馬上表現得十分重視，立刻提出幫我們更換房間，又升級到高一級房間。超級大，4米大床，衹要人離開就馬上客房服務打掃房間，細節十分到位。住了兩天超級滿意。還去了酒店免費的宏島。體驗感很好。徬晚還遇到來自中國的客房經理，很熱情幫我們推薦泰國餐廳的菜單，用餐後感覺很驚艷。菠菜炒蛋，咖喱生牛肉，涼拌柚子，必點！！服務和體驗感都滿分，會為了這個酒店再次來甲米。退房時管家還送了小禮品，説過的話他們都有放在心上哦。

The only reason I want to blame this hotel is that I can’t believe that they can accepted my early cancellation as earthquake happened in Thailand. It felt like unsafe that it was not nice experience. How come this hotel policy run like this, it was unbelievable.
