Huge hotel with great facilities, but gym, sauna, onsen and pool have to be paid extra and at high prices. That left a very bitter aftertaste. The room was large but a bit dated and could be cleaned better. The service at the reception could be nicer and speak better English. However, the rest of the service staff were extremely nice and helpful. Early check-in was possible free of charge. The hotel is very close to Kobe airport, but only offers a shuttle service for the train stations. Why not also for the airport is somewhat questionable.

A very good travel experience for me. The hotel is on port island with shuttle bus to Sannomiya, which is very convenient for travellers! Every 20 min departing for both directions. Please do take use of it.

Hands down best stay so far during my 15 days in Japan and the service is really immaculate. I've been to Japan on several solo trips and this is easily one of the most memorable hotels. The staff are really nice and the hotel room view is incredible. The room they upgraded me to speaks for itself, beautiful bathroom and really good amenities. Although the hotel is situated off the mainland, there is a portliner rail service and also a complementary shuttle service to two of the main stations in Kobe city area. Really value for money.

Excellent service starting from check in. Breakfast at 30F has a 360 degree view of Kobe and has a wide food variety with very good quality. The hotel also offers free shuttle bus to city centre which is very convenience to everyone stays there. I can only say renovation might be needed. Otherwise it is a perfect hotel to stay in Kobe.

Direct access from Kobe convention center, easy access from Kobe airport via Portliner, free access from Sannomia and Shin-Kobe via hotel shuttle bus, so perfect.

Without a doubt, it was the finest hotel I have ever been too (among numerous many hotels I’ve stayed in around the world). Breakfast was just fantastic, specially the one on 31th floor. Rooms were super clean. Staff were super friendly. I stayed two nights in usual room and one night in Japanese style room and loved both of them.

Compare with the price, the overall value is good. Because of the recent typhoon conditions, we canceled part of our trip. And decided to extend our stay in this hotel. We call them to change it before we heading to Japan. We found out booking the same room in Trip.com is much cheaper than call in. We highly recommended checking the Trip.com App. first. 👍👍

The hotel staffs are all very professional and welcoming. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast at 30th floor Gococu. The view was breathtaking. The quality of the food is good.

Bigger room. Location needs a car to get around. Service was courteous but not friendly. Business hotel type.

An amazing hotel for the price. Unfortunately the south wing of the hotel, where I got my room, seemed outdated.
