是次選擇了新裝修房間，沒有海景，房的空間較細。
職員態度有善，主動協助，停車場每晚收費1000yen。酒店對面就是Lawson和7-11。

服務人員非常親切，從櫃台、餐廳到停車場人員都很值得讚賞，中英文都能通，房間景色直面櫻島，景觀很棒，雖然看起來陳舊但很乾淨，櫃台前有提供DHC的保養品跟房間都是DHC的沐浴用品，另外房間隔音效果較差，晚上時樓上日本人喝酒喧鬧到半夜都能聽的一清二楚，建議旅客要注意自己的聲量，避免影響到他人，整個飯店唯一扣分的部份則是spa設施，要前往還需先跟櫃台預約，會讓人有錯覺環境應該不差，實際是泳池沒開放（已經6月了），溫熱水池看起來髒髒的，並且要先於房間換好泳衣前往，因為那邊沒更衣室，整個環境看起來沒再維護，看了後只想轉頭回房，希望飯店能改善這部份，其餘工作人員都表現的很棒

주차장이 있어서 안심되고, 직원들이 친절하고 시선 유지는 청결 했음. 다만 대형욕탕이 없는 것과 조식이 약간 아쉬움 대체적으로 가성비 대비 만족 함.
