Overall satisfy. Very clean, facilities all very good, supplies and toiletries all ok. However, 2 bedrooms lighting not working…. But not affect us much since we only need the room for sleeping.

Good location, nice deco and view from JB to Singapore. Easy to go to CIQ after RTS completed. I like the hanging clothes at balcony as easier to hang shirt.

All was good except the air con unit is not working in one of the bedroom upon checkin. Immediately notified the management but nothing was done until the day we left which was 2 days later. Can u imagine 2 nights in an air con less room. We opened the room door and let the cook air from the living room flowing so it is at least a little cool

Hotel refused refund even though msg hotel several times due to wrong date - booking was made close to midnight for the wrong arrival date of next day instead of the day after. And request was made within a minute or so after receiving confirmation from trip.com (& before start of stay) & realising wrong date. Even so, at least hotel could have responded but NOTHING heard
