酒店環境好，就在高鐵站附近，交通便利，前台小徐還有小敏服務熱情，辦理入住快，房間衞生乾淨整潔，然後又浴缸可以泡澡，四樓有免費的健身房，還有免費的停車場可以停車，挺不錯的。

退房手續簡便快捷，前台小徐還有小李高效專業，節省了不少時間。酒店的氛圍非常温馨，無論是商務出行還是家庭旅遊都非常適合。房間隔音效果很好，晚上非常安靜，睡眠質量得到了保障。酒店的衞生狀況非常好，每一個角落都乾淨整潔，令人放心。整體體驗非常棒，距離高鐵站近，出差首選居住酒店。推薦

設施：維護很到位，很齊全，四樓還有恆温泳池和健身房。
衞生：大堂明亮華麗，處處很乾凈，可見打掃的很細心。
環境：周邊環境好，也很便利，有超市有餐廳，而且在高鐵站附近，出行方便。
服務：前台小周服務熱情細心，諮詢詢問房間要求後安排的房間，房間空間大，很舒適，有落地窗，有浴缸。很贊。性價比很高的一次體驗。
有機會還會再次選擇入住這家酒店的。

房間比較大，有大的落地窗，但是地毯不乾淨，整個服務很價格不匹配。特別是早餐非常失望，沒什麼吃的，跟全季的便利早餐差不多。

非常滿意的一次住宿，荊州站對面，離荊州古城也非常近，超級方便，我們去西藏路過住了一晚
酒店旁邊走5分鐘左右美食店很多
