The room was looking very tired. The carpet was filthy when we arrived and definitely hadn’t been hovered, there was hair all over. Great location and staff were friendly, just tired rooms and lacked attention to detail.

Old furniture in room. The room was very warm. There were lots of body hairs in the bathroom, some were in the bath and one was on the window ledge. The mattress wasn't very firm.

The room was very hot , their is hot pipes running through the room in front of the window and behind the headboard . There was a fan in the room but neither leaving the window open or the having the fan on cooled the room

I stayed here for two nights to attend a conference during May, It was a convenient 10 minutes walk to the Harrogate Convention Centre. The room was uncomfortably hot and stuffy during the hot weather but a stand-up fan was provided to enable us to sleep. English breakfast with few pastries and fruits was OK.

Great location, but not the most welcoming of staff, not one member of staff offered assistance to us with my wife on crutches. And when asked if they offer room service (which they don't) you'd think we were asking for the earth. Parking at the hotel was requested in advance and this was honoured.
