Perfect location to west lake attractions, shopping, local eats and restaurants, Subway transit station, all within a few minutes walk! Super helpful staff for our needs. We left on a heavy raining morning, Mr. Wang (王) at front desk helped us to the taxi with two big luggage, which was very much needed and appreciated! Will revisit!
