There are shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, hand soap and hand cream. It is close to the station, but the room we were assigned to has poor sound insulation for the elevator door and the soundproof glass of the door. It is very noisy... I can't stand it. You can wash and dry clothes for free, but the noise is unbearable.

As soon as I entered the hotel, I was amazed by its design. There were four swings in front of the hotel lobby, and they were not just decorations but real swings on which you could swing. After that, we entered the lobby which was full of simple style. The hotel staff were very polite and friendly, and were willing to store our luggage before check-in time.
The room was clean and bright with high ceilings and the mattress was very comfortable. There is also a daily room cleaning service. The hotel also provides two cartons of water and coffee capsules every day, which is very considerate. There is a swimming pool and a bar on the rooftop of the hotel. It is really chill to sit in the bar and enjoy the night view of Florence at night.
The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the train station and very close to all attractions, about a 10-15-minute walk away, except for Piazza Michelangelo, which requires a bus ride.
