The breakfast buffet was really bad. Food choices were limited. Quality was poor. I can’t recall being in a hotel before where we actually did NOT look forward to breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay at Florence Hotel! The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. The location is perfect right next to Lotte Mart and close to many attractions. We also enjoyed the pool and the beautiful rooftop view. It was stunning!! Everything was just smooth and easy. Would definitely come back again!

坐過夜車到的峴港，8點到酒店不能入住。但也給予了很大的幫助。給我洗髮水讓我在大堂洗手間洗了 頭簡單整理了一下。入住後也是服務很到位。
可以租摩託車42人民幣一天，可以換貨幣。
早餐豐盛。房間很大。景觀開闊。
不是在最旺的那一區，樂天就是隔壁棟。
地址旺中帶靜。
再來也會再入住的。

We were a family of 5, so we booked a room with 3 beds. The bed condition was good and I liked the room size. The bathroom was clean and nice because it had just been remodeled, but the bathtub was so high that I was surprised...

I stayed there the day before my arrival, and it was clean and cozy. It's a great value hotel with cool air conditioning. It's a great place for breakfast on the 8th floor with a great view. After checking out, I left my luggage, had lunch nearby, took the shuttle bus that leaves from Sun World at 2 o'clock, went to Bana Hills, played, and came back around 10 o'clock at night to pick up my luggage and go to the airport. Thanks to that, I had a full last day.
