這次帶高齡父母來千島湖度假選擇已經第二次入住的陽光大酒店，還是一如既往的優質服務，由於長者腿腳不方便，酒店張師傅幫着拿行李和攙扶來長者，客房鄭阿姨也對我們關懷備至，在此特向他們表示感謝🙏，酒店周邊環境一流，獨享一線湖景，客房衞生做得很好，酒店前台服務熱情，給人一種賓至如歸的感覺，早餐豐富，中餐廳的魚頭湯好喝，一次非常棒的度假之旅，洲際酒店的管理值得稱道。

整體環境是很好的，而且中心湖景房真的景色很好，但是房間裏面設施確實有些陳舊了，隔音很差，服務人員意識比較差，從頭到尾沒幫拎過行李，衹有最後走的時候有人幫把箱子放進出租車後備箱了，Wi-Fi會卡。後面有人給打電話問了住宿情況，也都如實反饋了，聊天過程中還比較讓人舒心，也都有積極溝通。

真是出乎意料，景色獨美！來千島湖一定要定湖景房，這種靜謐和平和特別適合短期放鬆，酒店入住贈送一堆券，大堂咖啡很不錯啊，還有雞尾酒，晚上一個人旅行為了安全可以在大堂沉醉！主要是景色真心不錯，沒有人工娛樂設施遮擋，就是純景色，特別喜歡，我可以一直待在酒店放空自己。已經推薦朋友，下次還來！
