入駐星級酒店體驗最差的一次，一夜沒睡好。
1.第一次遇到入駐的酒店空調壞了，半夜入駐，睏意十足，房間內待了一個多小時，室內温度還是三十幾度，一開始以為是自己發高燒了，後面找前台才發現是空調製冷壞了。
2.房間在頂樓，入駐前房間沒有提前開好製冷，室內温度三十幾度，剛入駐像進了汗蒸房一樣。
2.聯繫前台，服務員有及時更換房間。前台小姐姐的服務是十分好評的。
3.更換到房間後，凌晨五點多就聽到電鑽與敲打聲不停，不知是不是修理空調的聲音，修理空調應該也要注意時間，休息樓層客人的休息時間。

這次入住體驗太棒了！從前台熱情的接待到客房管家主動幫忙搬運行李，服務細緻又暖心。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，連小冰箱裏都備好了免費飲料。早餐種類豐富，中西式都有，口味都很棒，吃的很飽很滿足

剛預訂完房間就接到酒店的來電確認，會詢問我的住宿喜好，並安排給我升級高樓層的房間，聽説我有帶小朋友並提前幫我準備好了小童洗漱用品，還幫我提前準備了空氣凈化器，真的是很驚喜，房間面積看起來會比圖片大一些很寬敞，最喜歡他們家的吹風機，用起來比很多其它品牌的都好用，貼心的前台主動建議我們房間的沙發可以佈置成沙發床，沙發床很大，小朋友很喜歡在上面玩耍，整體住宿下來感覺就是服務好設施也很新，早餐品種也比較多，比我想象的要好吃，餐廳服務員也會主動給我們提供小童餐具，真的很贊 要不是行程趕還想多玩兩天，離店的時候小朋友還依依不捨，聽説下半年酒店泳池就開放了，那就到時候再見吧
