Большой отель в самом центре. Расположение шикарное, при этом тихо и спокойно.
На первом этаже ресепшн, вендинговые аппараты, стойка Starbucks и лаундж-зона, где вечером сидели и отдыхали постояльцы. Есть внутренний дворик.
Прекрасный разнообразный завтрак по типу шведсткого стола (отменная выпечка!)
Номер просторный, постельное бельё очень приятное, кровать комфортная.
После заселения без проблем разрешили оставить вещи.
В общем, самые положительные впечатления от проживания, крайне рекомендую!

Ein sehr gutes, sauberes und ruhiges Hotel im Zentrum von Brugge. Die Lage ist excellent, man kann zu Fuß alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Das Hotel hat eine eigene Tiefgarage, enorm wichtig für Gäste mit Auto, da das Parken in Brügge nicht so einfach ist. Die Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

A very Cosy hotel right in the old city centre. Staff members are so nice to put chocolate bars in my allocated room as birthday gift as I check in on my bday.
Beware there are rooms with wooden logs that may not be acceptable by some tourists. Some rooms are on G/F or underground floors which you may need some psychological preparation.
In a word, a very good hotel with professional staff and excellent location to go everywhere

Hotel ok, kamer was wel proper maar niet de kamer zoals gevraagd werd op de foto, zaten jammer genoeg in een hoekje geduwd met uitzicht op een muur en airco , beloofde kaartje met tekst werd niet gelegd op de kamer jammer hiervoor was een verrasing, denk het temaken zal gehad heb en met niet rechtsteeks geboekt te hebben via hen...leek me zo wat een snel hulp kamertje , prima ligging vh hotel wel en ontbijt was ook zeer goed mag ook gezegd worden

Good location and convenient to access attractions on foot. Bathtub screen of my room is a bit old and loose. Water was running out from shower. This also causes a safety issue. Bruges is a very pretty city full of rich history and architecture design. It is worth to stay a night to explore this city.

By far the best of all the hotels I've been to in Belgium, and I've been to four different ones. The reception staff is very helpful, there's a very nice Spanish girl who helped us plan our stay in Bruges, and from what she told us, there's another guy who also speaks Spanish. The rooms are very nice and cozy. Be warned, upstairs rooms have stairs after entering. We had the buffet for €20 per person, and it was truly spectacular, well worth it. If I return to Bruges, I would definitely come back.
