Everything well maintained. Only remark is ghe daily parking fee of 30 chf is higher than comparable hotels in Basel/St Gallen/ Grindelwald which are all at 20 chf.

It's a pretty good hotel.
1) It has a great location, close to the old town, and you can get there by crossing a bridge.
2) Although there was an experience that Geneva hotels didn't have air conditioning before, this hotel had air conditioning, but unfortunately the air conditioning in our room was broken. However, since the hotel was very quiet, we opened the window for ventilation at night and our sleep was not affected.
3) We booked a room with a balcony, but the balcony was on the second floor of the hotel, and there was a roof in front. It felt unsafe to sleep with the door open. After negotiating with the hotel, the hotel said it was absolutely safe, so we were relieved.
