Stayed at Holiday Inn Express Sathorn recently — overall a pleasant experience. The location is convenient, and the hotel is relatively clean and comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Only thing to note: the shower floor can be quite slippery, so just be careful when using it.

Check in process was smooth. No problems in communication. Had problems with room and had to fight to get new room. But after that no problems at all. Didnt try their breakfast but they dont have halal option. They said they serve fruits, salads and juices.

The hotel chain is pretty good. This hotel has been open for a long time. The location is very convenient. It is close to the subway station. It is very quiet in the alley. The air conditioner is not noisy. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic. The breakfast is average, but it is no problem to eat enough.
