L’hôtel est très bien situé par rapport à l’aéroport d’Auckland et le service de navette est bien organisé. Cependant, la propreté laisse à désirer (drap et serviette), et la porte se ferme uniquement au moyen d’un loquet avec chaîne. L’hôtel est assez vétuste.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the amenities were top-notch, and the location was very convenient. Housekeeping and restaurant staff were courteous and efficient. However, the only downside was the front desk staff — while they were professional and helpful, they rarely smiled or made an effort to be welcoming. A warmer attitude at the reception would definitely enhance the overall guest experience.

Very bad customer service, no communication after a mistake booking. Never pick up the phone when we try to talk for many times. The worst accommodation experience in my life.

Great hotel, great price and great room with free shuttle bus. Unfortunately I arrived late and the duvet on the bed was badly stained. Nothing was done to assist my complaint at the time (which could have earned a 5star review) but I was given a free breakfast in the morning and refunded half the cost of the room.
