Very bad hotel in downtown Auckland, crowded and shabby rooms, very bad front desk attitude, the duty manager refused to answer Ctrip customer service calls. Hotel and apartment residents live together, the elevator does not require a card, which is unsafe.

The room was very nice, with laundry, cooking, sofas, and a clean environment. There was nothing to complain about the room, but the only pity was the counter staff. When we were about to wait for a taxi to pick us up at the airport, they were very reluctant to let us open our suitcases in the lobby to put our things in. They were very impatient and unfriendly, telling us to hurry up. If there were other passengers doing something at the moment, it would be fine, but there were none, and it was just us. It was very inconvenient for us. After checking out, we also stored our luggage and went to the city to buy some souvenirs, so we hurried back to the hotel lobby to put them in, and it didn't affect other people. It's not cheap at nearly 490 a night, the facilities are old and dirty, I can't even take a close look at the bathroom, it's very shabby, and there were people ringing the doorbell and knocking on the door in the middle of the night. What the hell?

Nice place but they put us in a room wth construction going on next door. Angle grinder at 7am on a Saturday morning. And couldn't move us when we complained the next morning. They should let you know if construction will affect your stay! Poor service
