Small and compact room but very comfortable and felt secure. Shared bathroom facilities were clean and I didn’t have to wait to use them.

I stayed here while traveling alone and it was very nice.
The shower rooms are shared, but they are separated by gender and require a password to enter. I think it's very safe and clean.
I would recommend it overall.

This was our second time staying at kiwi international, about 4 months apart in time. We stayed in a different room this time away from the lft and we enjoyed this much more this time around. Our room felt cosier, was clean except some small marks on towels, great location and had everything we needed for one night. Staff were friendly and helpful as always, nothing to complain about at all and for the price, great!

The hotel is at the centre of Auckland. Take 2 bus changes to reach the hotel from Auckland airport. Many amenities like Wharf and skycity tower are with easy reach by bus. The room is well-maintained.

Room is ok very small and no air conditioner. During our stay it was very hot. Also limited parking spot and have to pay for parking spot. The parking spot is very tiny hard to park our big SUV.

The water pressure in the shower is weak, but the place is generally well-cleaned.
The rooms are cleaned every day, but soap and shampoo are only provided on the first day.
