The room was big, the airport pick-up was on time, the driver could speak Chinese, but his attitude was rather stiff. The English accent of the receptionist was very strong, it was hard to understand what he said, a row of bungalows made up the hotel. The airport drop-off was full at 10 o'clock, so it was arranged at 9:20, so I had to go to the airport early, which was very unpleasant. The fullness was their problem, and forcing us to go early violated our rights.

The location is quite good and the room is large and bright. The car can park just outside the room.
But there is no space to put the clothing in the toilet. We cannot watch TV since it relies on wifi and the signal is very poor. We have 4 ppl but only 3 can connect wifi. My access card cannot work and no one at reception can help even I waited for 10 minutes. Luckily I met a housekeeper who can assist me.

Picked us up from airport and took to motel. Was clean and looked after by lovely staff. Left the next morning. Would definitely stay again as a very easy process

The second time I went to New Zealand, I booked a family room because I was transiting the next day. The hotel was owned by a Chinese owner and provided airport pick-up service. The pick-up service was very timely and came quickly after I called. The hotel is affordable and the room is large, but the wifi is not very convenient. It can only connect two devices at the same time. Multiple computers, iPads and mobile phones cannot be connected. The bed sheets in the room were not cleaned very cleanly. There was something like dandruff. I contacted the front desk and sent someone to change the bed sheets.

Room was clean and spacious, staff were exceptionally amazing, property is a bit dated (and pool has now been filled in). Walls were pretty thin. Can’t rate the helpful staff highly enough though! Room was clean.
