チェックインがいつもスムーズではない。部屋は準備出来ているから安心しろと言われたが、道路を隔てた別棟になるとのこと。30分待たされた後で案内されたのは、結局は別棟ではなかったがツインルーム。しかもバスタブなし。ダブルルームで予約したし、今までバスタブを求めて何十回も利用しているが、バスタブなしの部屋に泊まったのは初めて。部屋に入るとテレビ画面には、他人二人の名前宛てで、歓迎しますというメッセージ。部屋は準備出来ているというのは嘘だったのは明らか。仕事とチェックインで疲れていたので、部屋を変えてくれという気力もなく2泊した。ホテルの設備とサービス自体はよいのだが。

The hotel looks OK, but the facilities are average to be honest. The facilities inside the room are also average, the soundproofing is very poor, and the service is really bad. On the first night, there was music playing in the hotel lobby, which was very noisy in the room. I called the front desk and they said it would end at 10 o'clock, but it was not over until 10:30. I called the front desk again and they asked if I had left the door of my room open. Later they said it would not end until 12 o'clock in the evening, which seriously affected my sleep.
