I've stayed in 3 hotels in Beijing but this one is the best. Pros: Grand lobby with refreshing red dates drink. Clean rooms. Shower/toilet separated. Great breakfast varieties. Strong & efficient washer and dryer. Helpful staff - helped me change to a room with window. Location wise - can see the beautiful night view. Cons - a bit of walk from subway so when you're tired, take a cab.

The lady at the front table was great when we checked in as she upgraded our room to one with a bigger double bed at no extra charge.Amenities were great.Not near to MRT though had to take Didi to travel for the 3 days we stayed. Ambience in the Hotel was great and relaxing. Breakfast was good as well with good selection. Overall clean .

We booked the deluxe family suite. It was a very comfy suite with 2 Queen beds in a separate room. We could watch TV at night without disturbing our child sleeping. We wanted to extend our stay in Novotel, front desk lady 朱桐欣 was very helpful and patience to guide me to join as a member so I could save more. 谢谢你! Service is good. We will stay here again if we stop by Tianjin again.

This is an amazing hotel. The staff are friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They have amenities like a pool table, gym and laundry room that are in good shape. Plus the location is perfect. Right on a main street near the river.

great and convenient location, except slightly far from the metro station. the place and environment is perfect. clean units. might be difficult to find this place for the first time as local map and GPS might bring you to the other entrance. but once you know how to go to the hotel, it is easy to travel and move around in tianjin

First time come to visit Tianjin with my 11 year-old son . This hotel is made me feel very impressed. Hood location just walk across the street and you will reach the Tianjin Eye. The service was excellent, all hotel staff was so nice. Room is also very nice and comfortable.

The hotel is rather new and the design is good. The room is modern and clean, the bed is very comfortable, the TV is huge. All electronics, lights, TV, curtains, A/C are voice controlled which is a problem if you don't speak Chinese. The reception staff was nice and helpful but clearly they don't have a lot of experience dealing with tourists (nor foreigners). The gym is a joke... the flimsy bench I would even call dangerous. Very good is that their are washing machines and dryers available. A recommendation: put a chair in the room. A guest needs a chair to sit for writing, eating, etc.

The hotel is located on the Fifth Avenue, surrounded by small Western-style buildings and former residences of celebrities, which is very convenient for travel. The parent-child room I booked is very large, with good hygiene and facilities. The hair dryer of Lefen also has a small disinfection cabinet, and bath towels and other things can be disinfected by yourself, which is very good. The attitude of the front desk clerk is superb. Every question is answered patiently and helped to solve, which makes people feel comfortable and comfortable. Having said the advantages, let's talk about the only uncomfortable place-the hotel's breakfast variety is average, and the service staff is not so professional. I asked for two sets of pancakes. After repeated confirmation, the waiter said that the four of us could not eat two sets. It's really a joke. The pancakes are not big, and the big brother who makes pancakes has just cleaned up a pile of egg shells from the omelette next door. There is egg liquid on his gloves. He didn't change his gloves and continued to make pancakes. It's really not particular at all. If the hotel staff can be as professional as the front desk, it will really be a full score

I have a family of 5 - 4 elderly and 1 young person. The location was blocked because of road works. We had a hard time carrying the luggage from the place of drop-off and navigating to the hotel location. There is no place for breakfast except Mcdonalds nearby. Due to Tianjin regulations, their heater was on. The only solution is to open the windows. The hotel staff had tried their best to make it more pleasant, by bringing a humidifier and a fan.
