I booked a stay at this 5 star hotel for 3 days 2 nights, I must say that the room is clean and spacious, with numerous facilities for all family members such as badminton, tennis, billard, hotspring, cycling, archery etc. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service. 2 staff we encountered were constantly on their phone and not attentive at all. What really pissed us off was the incident that we put up Do Not Disturb at our door as we were taking our afternoon nap. Yet, the hotel staff called our room number. as we were asleep, we didn't pick up. Guess what. They actually called my mobile phone. Just to ask if they need to clean the room. We went to seek clarifications at the hotel reception which the reception staff at first deny they called, until we showed them the missed call number from the hotel. Then they said will feedback to their manager. At night, the manager Ms Wong called. to our disgust, she said that was their SOP! Which hotel, to say this is a 5 star hotel, that when guest put up Do Not Disturb sign, it's their SOP to call the room and worst to call guests' personal mobile phone. Isn't this an invasion of privacy, calling our personal line. This is the first time we experienced this. We never had this when we put up Do Not Disturb sign at numerous hotels we stayed before. The manager didn't sound apologetic at all but very defensive. Even to the extent that they are checking on pir safety. I was really perturbed by her comment above. Fantastic Location 1min walk to Teemall which got plenty of shops include PopMart, Uniqlo , Paper Stone bakery etc And many famous eateries Hotel Staff were extremely Friendly , Polite and Helpful Room size is good and comfortable bed that make sure you will get a great night rest Highly Recommended Hotel to stay , will definitely come back to this Hotel for my next Visit

The most satisfactory hotel I stayed in Shanwei. The front desk provided professional and enthusiastic reception service, and introduced the hotel's business location and free facilities in detail. I booked a garden-view room with an area of ​​60 square meters, which was exactly the same as the picture. I was very satisfied with it, clean and well-equipped. On the way to check in, I could also take my children to the children's area to play claw machines and video games. In the afternoon, I went to the hotel's underground first floor. The Suzhou Garden is really beautiful. I took a lot of photos. It was so cool to swim and exercise in the fitness center. It was a very satisfactory stay experience. From service to hygiene to facilities, it is all five-star standard. Thumbs up! Recommended to stay!

Hygiene: Clean and hygienic. The room is cleaned very well. Facilities: The TV is very good and clear. Environment: It is very convenient to be across from the shopping mall. Service: Good service. Good sound insulation and delicious breakfast.

This is our second stay at Fairyland Resort Hotel, our first stay was in 2018, environment is still the same, nice beach, excellent hotel with much more amenities as compared to 2018. The kids really enjoy their stay here.

Very nice hotel, strategic location just in front of a metro station, though there's quite a fair bit of stairs you need to climb up, but there's an alternative route if you wish to take an escalator which is further away One thing to improve, housekeeping service is a bit too slow... I was out and came back around 5pm but the room is still yet to be cleaned. And there seems to be no heater in the room too.

Lovely little hotel. Had a great view. They provide a nice cheap breakfast. Bed was comfortable. The location is ideal for the mountain unfortunately there is not a good variety of restaurants nearby. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The lady at the front desk was really nice she provided was a map and circled some locations for us.

when booking the a room looking into the courtyard beware that the noise of the rest of rooms will sound as if the action is happening in your own room, the window is not noise proof at all. Any weekend plenty of families with kids will come to this hotel so sleep is very difficult and nobodys fault but the lack of noiseproof on the window. On the other hand room looking at the street is no way better, this hotel has only 3 floors and it is located at a busy street full of traffic. breakfast was decent and good enough with the local beef noodle especially, the location is good just crossing the street you get into Chao Zhou ancient town, but again we found sleep and rest in overall difficult in this hotel

Great location. Nice, friendly and helpful reception staffs. Hotel clean. Room clean. No cigarette smell. Food easily accessible with reasonable options. Amenities adequate perhaps hotel should consider providing disposable sleeper and teabags in future given the current pricing. Clothes washing facility with dryer. Breakfast I have no comment as the hotel did not throw in a free breakfast for me upon check-in given my several nights stay with them unlike other hotels in China. Will stay with the hotel again upon my return.

The LN garden hotel Zhanjiang is absolutely outstanding. I can not fault it in any way. The hotel itself is just superb and added to the friendliness and efficiency of the staff make the experience one to remember. The food was very nice with a huge variety of dishes. I actually made a mistake with my room choice when booking but this was quickly and courteously altered to my liking. Thank you to the manager and team that sorted this for me. If you do visit LN garden hotel do try to have a panoramic sea view room. This room was the icing on the cake, on the 29th floor the views were amazing. This is now my favorite hotel in Zhanjiang by a long way.
